Terms of service

Punctuality and courtesy 

Please be aware we hold a strict punctuality policy, all allocated appointments must begin and end at the scheduled time to ensure no further appointments are delayed. 

If you do don’t attend your appointment on time or arrive more than 15 minutes late a charge may be applied. 

If it is your fist appointment at the salon we kindly ask you attend ten minutes prior to your appointment time to enable us to carry out a through consultation. 


Cancellations

Please allow a period of 24 to amend or cancel your appointment.

Failure to do so will result in 50% of your total appointment will be chargeable before you attend your next appointment.

Purchase of retail products 

All retail products must be paid for in full at the time of purchasing or ordering. 

Prepaid treatment courses must be used within 12 months of purchase. 


Gift vouchers 

Gift vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated. 

Vouchers can not be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. 


Price alternations

We reserve the right to review prices in line with inflation. 


Data protection policy 

Personal details taken from clients during consultations will be stored inline with GDPR guidelines. 

We may on occasion send you details of open evenings and special promotions if you would rather not receive any form of marking please inform at any time. 


Medical conditions 

We ask that you disclose all medical conditions including pregnancy prior to receiving all treatments as some services may not be suitable. You can give any relevant information at consultation. 


Hygiene

Enhanced hygiene practises are in place throughout the salon. We kindly ask you sanitise your hands on arrival. 

All treatment areas and equipment are cleaned and disinfected between each client and disposable materials are used where possible.
